How does the delivery process work?

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How are items packaged?
We package our products in our customized boxes, which is then inserted into our customized tamper proof bags. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like ceramic pieces are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

What is the range of locations to which Casarella ships their
products?
Casarella ships throughout India!

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email on your registered email address & SMS on your registered mobile number with the details of the tracking link and the courier company that is processing your order.
  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • We usually dispatch most orders within 2-4 business days (excluding Saturday-Sundays and public holidays)
  • If you are ordering our products from a sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.
  • Casarella uses 3rd party courier services and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share approximate number of days required for delivery. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time-sensitive orders, please reach out to customer team to find out more.  

  • We offer same Day delivery in Delhi and Gurgaon on request! 

My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations or it is to ensure that all that you ordered reach you safely. 

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

  • Free Shipping within India  

Is Cash on Delivery Available?
No, Cash on delivery not available.

Delivery Issues?

If your package has been delivered. In case you have not received it personally, please check with your family members or any person present at your residence in case of a residential address or the office security/ mailroom etc. in case it is a business address.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

  • Look for a notification of attempted delivery on your email address or phone number.
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery.
  • Wait for a few minutes and check at your doorstep/office reception for the arrival of Delivery associates.
  • Wait until the end of the day-packages may show as delivered while still in transit.
  • if still not delivered please inform as within 3 days of parcel showing delivered on the tracking page. if not informed within 3 days we won't be able to investigate further. 

Does Casarella ship outside India?
At present casarella ships only in India. However, we are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, so stay tuned!
